Community Heights Neighborhood Organization, Inc is located on the Indianapolis' east side bounded by Emerson Avenue, 10th Street, Arlington Avenue and 21st street. See map. In June 2009 Community Heights Neighborhood Organization, Inc was granted a 501c(3) status by the IRS. All donations (excluding memberships) will be tax deductable.
Mission Statment:
The mission of the Community Heights Neighborhood Organization is to nurture and enhance the quality of life of neighborhood residents, businesses and institutions by:
- improving neighborhood interaction and vitality;
- upgrading infrastructure quality;
- advancing public safety;
- developing housing quality;
- enriching commercial nodes and corridors;
- and supporting institutional uses and users.
Monthly Meetings
The organization meets the second Tuesday of each month at 7:00 pm in a room at Arlington Heights Baptist Church located at the corner of 16th and Audubon Dr. All residents are welcome and encouraged to attend.
